Yes, you can ask us to switch from your chosen package to another package at any time.
The contract is concluded for a fixed period of one year from the date of your acceptance of the execution of the Service by Proximus. From this date, the service will be active and the monthly fees will be invoiced.
If you cancel your order before your acceptance of the execution of the service, you will still have to pay the set-up fee for the Business Booster products, even if the Service has not been put online.
The contract will be tacitly renewed for successive one-year periods on the expiry date of each year, unless it is terminated by one of the parties. Notification must be made at the latest 3 months before the annual expiry date.
You may also terminate your one-year fixed-term contract in advance by giving written notice. The termination takes effect 3 months after the day following the notification. During these 3 months, your service remains active and invoiced.
