You can report your claim by telephone Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. In Belgium, you receive a replacement device the same day, or your repaired device the next day, if your claim is approved before 3 p.m. Otherwise you will receive your device the next day. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

In Belgium, your repaired smartphone will be delivered the day following the day that your claim is accepted. If your device can’t be repaired, you will receive a similar revised model. In Europe, a new or your repaired smartphone will be delivered within 48 hours of the acceptance of your claim. … In case of lack of stock or force majeure, the repair or replacement time may be extended by five days. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Compatible with Proximus’ mobile subscriptions, for private customers and business customers, as mentioned on the website The insurance does not cover, inter alia: (1) negligence, intentional error or a deliberate act by the user; (2) accessories; (3) damage caused by repair by a third party; (4) damage caused by viruses; (5) loss of data. The Insured can terminate the Agreement in writing at any time, except during the first six months. In case of lack of stock or force majeure the device replacement time or repair time may be extended by five days.
