Prepare your move or address change
Are you moving? Follow our tips to ensure you don't have any interruptions in your telephone, Internet or television service following your move.
Request your move at least 3 weeks ahead of the move if possible. This will give us the time to plan a technical intervention, if necessary. We’ll call you within 2 hours of receiving your request, Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Please note that the waiting times for the technical intervention can be higher due to Covid‑19.
Organize your move

Keep or change your telephone number
What number would you like for your new home? You can keep your current telephone number, take over the number of the previous occupant or request a new number.
Change the address for your bill or payment statement
Have you changed address? Don't forget to change the address for your bill or payment statement by logging into MyProximus.
