How to cancel your Internet, TV or fixed line?

It depends on the type of product you wish to cancel: residential or non-residential.

Always indicate a precise date of termination and, before terminating the subscription, in some cases it is possible that you will need to pay an early termination penalty. 

You have a residential product

There are several ways to terminate your Internet, TV and fixed line subscription:

  • Via Easy Switch :
    • Contact your new operator.
    • Provide your Easy Switch identifier and customer number to your new operator. Your Easy Switch identifier and your customer number are on your bill or on MyProximus.
    • Your new operator will get in touch with you to terminate your products.
  • Online: Cancel your subscription online.
  • By phone: Contact our helpdesk.
  • By mail: Proximus - boulevard du Roi Albert II, 27, B-1030 Bruxelles.

To cancel the subscription of someone who has passed away, please go to a Proximus point-of-sale. Remember to take a death certificate with you.

You have a non-residential product

If you want to terminate a non-residential subscription, please send us written confirmation:

  • by e-mail.
  • by fax to the toll-free number 0800 22 801.
  • by mail: Proximus - boulevard du Roi Albert II, 27, B-1030 Bruxelles.
