How to cancel your Internet, TV or fixed line?

We explain how you can terminate all your fixed products. To terminate your mobile subscription, click here. The procedure for terminating your Internet, TV or landline depends on your situation:

  • Private customer
  • Business customer

Private customer

Indicate the precise date on which you want to terminate your subscription. Sometimes there are costs to pay if you terminate your contract. You can terminate your subscription in different ways:

  • Via Easy Switch. Your new operator will take care of the transfer.

    1. Please contact your new operator.
    2. Provide your new operator with your Easy Switch ID and customer number. Your Easy Switch ID and customer number can be found on your bill or payment statement and on MyProximus (via the website).
    3. Your new operator will contact us to terminate your products.
  • Online: For this, log in to the MyProximus website as the administrator; this way you will be assisted more swiftly and efficiently.

    1. Terminate your subscription online and then click on the situation that applies to you: private or business customer.
    2. Log in to MyProximus (website) with your username or with itsme®.
    3. Check the data in the form and complete where necessary.
    4. Click Send.
    5. You will receive a confirmation message by e-mail and your subscription will be terminated within a few days.

In case of a subscription of someone who has died, please read these recommendations first.

Business customer

Indicate the precise date on which you want to terminate your subscription. Sometimes there are costs to pay if you terminate your contract. You can terminate your subscription in different ways:

  • Online: For this, log in to the MyProximus website as the administrator; this way you will be assisted more swiftly and efficiently. This procedure does not work for companies with more than 10 employees.

    1. Terminate your subscription online and then click on the situation that applies to you: private or business customer.
    2. Log in to MyProximus (website) with your username or with itsme®.
    3. Check the data in the form and complete where necessary.
    4. Click Send.
    5. You will receive a confirmation message by e-mail and your subscription will be terminated within a few days.
