Getting started with Business Booster
As a Business Booster customer you can manage your website, change your Busines Booster product or add options directly via the Business Booster portal or via the MyProximus website. You don't have a MyProximus account yet? You can easily register for MyProximus.
Do you want to increase your business' online visibility, even if you're not a customer yet? Don't worry, you don't even have to be a Proximus customer to benefit from the Business Booster offer .
Manage your Business Booster
Manage your Business Booster products via MyProximus or the portal, choose how you want to get started:
Wondering about the most suitable options for your company? Through the Business Booster portal you can contact a business expert by clicking on Contact in the top right corner. Our expert is available to answer any questions you may have about:
- your contract,
- changes to your DNS server,
- transferring your domain name to Proximus.
Some Business Booster products include a free domain name. In that case, we recommend that you transfer the domain name to Proximus. There's no cause for concern, your current website and mail server will remain operational until the actual migration. Once your new website goes live, however, you will no longer have access to the old one.
Do you have a domain name with another operator? Then, once your website goes live, don't forget to contact your domain name administrator to have them change the server names.
Cancel your order or terminate your Business Booster
