Proximus continues to support the Ukrainian people

Since the beginning of the war and until the end of 2025, SMS messages as well as calls to and from Ukraine, both mobile and landline, are free of charge for our Postpaid customers. Customers currently in Ukraine (roaming) can also communicate free of charge.

Our Prepaid customers also benefit from reduced rates for communications to Ukraine (€0.20/min and €0.12/SMS).

In addition to supporting telecommunication needs, we have also welcomed several families into five of our buildings. These five so-called "caretaker houses" previously served as residential areas for our technical facilities that required a permanent presence. These houses have been renovated and equipped to enable local Public Social Welfare Centres (CPAS) to accommodate either one large family or two smaller families per house.
