Pickx Mix on Android TV Box: easier access to all your content
Veröffentlicht am 18/02/2022 in Showtime!
As of 18 February, all Android TV Box customers who have the Pickx Mix TV option will notice something new about their option. How they browse and access their content will be slightly different. But no worries, it will be even better and easier!
Last year, the Pickx Mix TV option has been upgraded. On top of the 27 thematic linear channels and the Studio 100 GO Pass app Pickx Mix now also includes the exclusive TV channel Pickx+ and a large VOD catalogue with a lot of entertainment content.
This year, we help you browse, access and watch that content in a much easier way on the latest Android TV Box.
What changes?
When you access the homepage of the Android TV Box and you go to the subscription section, you can find what is offered and recommended in your Pickx Mix TV option. When you select ‘View all’ you will now see the Pickx Mix content conveniently grouped into 3 thematic categories: Entertainment, Kids, Docu & Magazine.
These 3 categories show you everything that is available for that theme whether it is part of the Pickx Mix VOD catalogue or the Studio 100 GO Pass app or whether it is broadcast on Pickx+ or on the thematic channels.
Per category you will see a mix of Pickx editorial selections as well as personal recommendations based on your watching behaviour. Within those 3 categories all content is further grouped per type of content so that you can find your favourite content even more easily: VOD, top series, recommended on the thematic channels, now on TV, films, films on the TV channels that you can replay, top shows...
Last but not least, it also gives a nice overview of all the channels included in the offer with direct clickable channel logos and an overview of the on demand programmes per TV channel.
Does this sound like music to your ears… but you don’t have an Android TV Box yet? You can request to swap your old TV Box for a brand new one via your TV. You can find more info on this here.
This new TV menu for Pick Mix will soon also be available on the Pickx website and in the Proximus Pickx app. Like we said, only good news!
