Power
- Light is green: the Mobile Coverage Extender Pro is connected to the power outlet.
- Light is off: the Mobile Coverage Extender Pro is not active. Check if it is powered. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
Ethernet
- Light is green: the Mobile Coverage Extender is connected to modem.
- Light is off: the Mobile Coverage Extender is not connected to the modem (or there is a problem with the cable). Reboot the modem and check the cabling. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
Status
- Light flashes green slowly: you are using the network of the Mobile Coverage Extender to call and surf.
- Light flashes green quickly: the Mobile Coverage Extender is being set up and activated. If this takes more than 15 minutes, contact our customer service.
- Light stays green: the Mobile Coverage Extender is activated and ready for use.
- Light flashes red once and then pauses: the modem and Mobile Coverage Extender Pro are not connected. Consult the installation guide of the Mobile Coverage Extender Pro.
- Light flashes red twice and then pauses: there is no Internet connection. Reboot your modem and check the cabling.
- Light flashes red three times and then pauses: there is interference with another device. Place your Mobile Coverage Extender Pro somewhere else.
- Light flashes red four times and then pauses: your device is overheated. Move your device to a place with better ventilation.
- Light stays red: there is too much interference, place your Mobile Coverage Extender Pro somewhere else. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
