Mobile Telephony
Valid in Belgium and while travelling (roaming) within the EU Zone (from Belgium to Belgium, or from the EU zone to Belgium and the EU zone), excluding premium rate numbers (e.g. special numbers, third-party services). Data usage is measured per 1 KB. Unused MBs are not carried over to the next month.

Fair use policy
For normal personal use only. Abuse (over 10,000 SMS/month, 500 SMS/day, 250 unique recipients/month, or frequent calls exceeding 6h/day or 30h/week) may result in service limitation or suspension.
Subscription details
Normal and personal use of the service by the customer is unlimited. The service is conditioned on personal, non-abusive use as a diligent and reasonable person. In the framework of unlimited offers, in Belgium and within the EU Zone, Proximus reserves the right to limit or suspend the service in case of usage exceeding 10.000 SMS per month or 500 SMS per day, or when sending SMS to more than 250 different recipients per month, or in the case of regular calls exceeding 6 hours per day and/or 30 hours per week. Regarding unlimited mobile data usage, it is subject to a reasonable use policy.
Here are the specifications for the Together Mobile subscriptions:
Mobile Small 5G: 12 GB/month – 5G up to 200 Mbps.
Mobile Smart 5G: 60 GB/month – 5G up to 500 Mbps.
Mobile Comfort 5G: 200 GB/month – 5G up to 500 Mbps.
Mobile L 5G: 300 GB/month – 5G up to 1 Gbps + 250 min to EU. Reduced speed (max. 512 Kbps) beyond that.
Mobile International 5G: 350 GB/month – 5G up to 1 Gbps, unlimited calls & SMS + 600 min & 600 SMS to international and top destinations. Reduced speed afterwards.
With Mobile L, an ‘international calls’ option is available for an additional €5 per month. This option provides access to 100 minutes of calls from Belgium to a series of Top Destinations. Beyond 300 GB, surfing remains possible at reduced speed (maximum 512 Kbps).
Mobile Internet (data): Customers who surf at reduced speed and wish to continue surfing at maximum speed can purchase a data boost option via MyProximus Enterprise or by contacting customer service.
Bizz Internet Guarantee or Mobile Back-up: To benefit from this additional guarantee, you must have an internet subscription. The product’s functionality depends on mobile network coverage and the location within the building. For new Internet customers with a Pack Together, installation is provided free of charge. Bizz Internet Guarantee is not compatible with fixed IP and Fiber connections.
