Conditions of mobile tariff plans
Prices excl. VAT valid in Belgium and while traveling (roaming) in the EU (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) except for premium numbers (voting numbers, 0900, etc.) and third-party services. Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Data usage is calculated per KB. When the bundle units have been used up, calls will be billed at €0.14/min excl. VAT and data at €0.05/MB excl. VAT. When out-of-bundle data usage reaches €60, the Internet connection will be blocked until the start of the next billing cycle. Unused call minutes, texts or MB included in the bundle are not carried over to the next month.
The Data & International Calls option is not compatible with the following roaming options: Bizz Data & International Calls and Bizz Smart+ Internet On GSM.
EU Zone countries in which mobile subscriptions are valid: Aland Islands (Finland), Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guyana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe (French Antilles), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique (French Antilles), Mayotte, Norway, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Saint-Martin (French Antilles), Saint-Barthélemy (French Antilles), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Kingdom .
Mobile Payments
Customers with a mobile subscription or prepaid card are automatically given the option to make mobile payments.
This option allows you to purchase third-party services, such as a subscription to streaming services, a digital magazine, purchases on game consoles, e-books, parking or train tickets, paid applications in an app store, etc. The maximum value per transaction is 50€.
Your purchases are linked to your mobile number and can be consulted in the usage section via the MyProximus app.
The settlement of your purchases takes place together with the settlement of your Proximus products and services. The overview of your purchases is listed in the section “Details of your statement for third-party services”, which is added as an attachment to your Proximus bill or statement.
Your standard monthly budget is set at €100 and can be adjusted via the MyProximus app to a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €250. You can also choose to deactivate or reactivate this option free of charge via the MyProximus app.

Fraudulent calls & SMS filtering: Proximus implements, in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations, technical measures aimed at detecting and filtering fraudulent calls and messages (such as phishing attempts, smishing, or similar scams) before they reach customers. These measures rely on automated mechanisms and evolving technical criteria. Due to the changing and sophisticated nature of fraud, Proximus cannot guarantee the identification or blocking of all fraudulent communications, and some calls or messages may still reach the customer. These measures therefore cannot be considered as a guarantee of results, nor as absolute protection against any fraud attempt. It is the customer’s responsibility to remain vigilant and never disclose personal, banking, or security data in response to suspicious messages or calls, even when filtering mechanisms are active.
