Create or delete an extra e-mail address

Create up to 5 free extra e-mail addresses for each mailbox you receive with your Internet subscription. All e-mail you receive on these e-mail addresses will arrive in the same mailbox. You don't want this? Then it's better to create a new mailbox. .

How do you create an extra e-mail address?

  1. Log in to manage your e-mail settings.
  2. Go to the E-mails box and select your mailbox in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Manage my e-mail addresses/aliases.
  4. Click Alias management and then click New.
  5. If you want to use your own domain name (e.g. @yourwebsite.net), select it in the drop-down menu.
  6. Type the chosen e-mail address in the empty field and then click OK.
    Accents, spaces and other special characters are not authorized. However, digits, points (.), hyphens (-) and underscores (_) can be used.
  7. If your chosen e-mail address already exists, you will be asked to choose a new e-mail address.

The address you have created will be available within 3 hours.

How do you delete an extra e-mail address?

You cannot change an extra e-mail address, but you can delete it and then create a new one for the same mailbox.

  1. Log in to manage your e-mail settings.
  2. Go to the E-mails box and select your mailbox in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Manage my e-mail addresses/aliases.
  4. In Alias management, select the e-mail address you want to remove and click Delete.
Someone else can use your deleted e-mail address afterwards.

Always inform your contacts when you change your e-mail address, otherwise their e-mails may be sent to someone else.
