An explanation of your bill

Is there anything on your bill for your Internet, TV, fixed line or Bizz Pack that is unclear to you? You'll find more information here.


Billing data

  1. Log in to proximus.be/mybizzbill with your MyProximus login. Here you can:
  2. Have you already signed up to MyProximus? If so, you'll find your login (username) here.
  3. Your customer address is where you use your products (telephone, Internet, etc.).
  4. Your billing address is where we send you your bill.
    You can change your billing address yourself. However, you must keep your company name and VAT number.

Bill overview

  1. Billing date
    You receive a bill on more or less the same day every month. You are billed for your usage of the previous month, whereas you are billed for your subscriptions one month in advance.
  2. Subscriptions
    This is the total of all subscription fees (Internet, TV, telephone, etc.) for the coming month. More details about your subscriptions can be found on the next pages of your bill.
  3. Usage
    This groups together your telephone, Internet and TV usage of the previous month. This varies every month as it is calculated on the basis of your personal usage (per minute, per MB, etc.). More details about your usage can be found on the next pages of your bill.
  4. One-time charges
    These are charges for which you are billed only once, such as for a device, an installation, an activation, etc.
  5. Services provided by third parties
    If, for example, you have bought a bus or tram ticket via SMS or called a 0900 number, the total amount for this will be indicated here. The costs for using these services will be directly passed on to the third-party provider concerned.
  6. Amount excl. VAT
    All amounts (except for services provided by third parties) are without VAT. The itemized amounts for your subscriptions, usage and any one-time charges can be found on the next pages. Even more billing data can be found on MyProximus.
  7. Total amount due
    Is the total amount due higher than expected? View all the parts of your bill: besides your subscription, you also need to pay for your personal usage of the past month, any one-time charges and/or third-party services.

Payment data

  1. Pay the billing amount on time and to the use the right bank account number. Paying your bill too late? Notify us or set up a direct debit for future payments.

Installation address

  1. Installation address
    The address(es) where you are using your Internet, TV or fixed line, along with the corresponding telephone numbers and reference numbers.
    Moving to a new address? You can organize your move online.

    Do you have a mobile phone? Then this is your address and the corresponding mobile numbers.

Subscription breakdown

  1. Subscriptions
    This is the total of all subscription fees (Internet, TV, telephone, etc.) for the coming month. If you have a Bizz Pack, only the total amount is indicated, not the amounts for each subscription. The decoder for your TV is included in the price of your Pack.
  2. Overview of products, product names and options that you have in your Bizz Pack. Your TV subscription is listed under Option. More details about the product names can be found on the last page of your bill and on MyProximus.
  3. Period
    The subscription fee is due for the month underway. If you also started a new subscription in the past month, the exact period during which your subscription was active in that month is indicated.
  4. Price/month
    Subscription price (excluding VAT) per product per month.
  5. Amount excl. VAT
    The subscription fee for your billing period. On your first bill or if you started a new subscription in the past month, you will be charged for the total number of days in which your subscription was active. This can therefore be more than one month.
  6. Telephony – Mobile – Internet – Television
    Any options you have for your fixed line, mobile, Internet and TV are listed here. Some options are free of charge (0.00 euro) because they are included in your Pack.

Detailed usage information

  1. Usage
    This groups together your telephone, Internet and TV usage costs of the previous month. These vary from month to month, as they are calculated on the basis of your personal usage (per minute, per MB, etc.).

    You can consult the details of your billed usage online. Usage of the ongoing month which has not been billed can be consulted online and via the app.
  2. Quantity
    The total number of calls, text messages, MB of Internet traffic, etc. of the previous month.

  3. Period
    You pay for your previous month's usage (from the first to the last day of that month). If your subscription did not start at the beginning of that month, the exact period in which your subscription was active in that month is indicated here. For this one time only, this period can be shorter than one month.
  4. Total duration
    Your total personal usage (in minutes) of the previous month.
  5. Amount excl. VAT
    The amount due for your usage in the previous month. Certain usage is free of charge (0,00 euro) or is deducted because it is included in your Pack or is part of another product.

One-time charges and total

  1. One-time fees
    These are charges which you are billed only once, such as for the purchase of a device (mobile phone, modem or decoder), for an installation, an activation, etc. Also included here are administrative charges (not subject to VAT) for a move or for a reminder if you haven't paid your bill on time.
  2. Total of all the sections
    The total billing amount. This is the sum total of your subscription fees, usage costs and (where applicable) any one-time charges. If you disagree with a given amount, you can contest it.

Information section

  1. Information about your rates
    This contains an explanation about the product names of your Internet, TV, telephone, etc.: what they include and to which line they are allocated.

    This indicates the number of MB used in the previous month for your fixed Internet connection(s).Find out what you can do if you exceed your maximum download volume.
  2. Your loyalty program
    Information about the Bizz Club loyalty program. Not signed up for it yet? More information is available on proximus.be/bizzclub.
  3. If you received a mobile phone, tablet or TV at advantageous conditions with your subscription or Pack, you will find information about your contract for the device  in question here. You can change or terminate this contract.
