Are you using Proximus+ for the very first time?
Have you never created a MyProximus account?
No worries, we’ll help you get started.

To use the app, you need a personal MyProximus account.
You can easily create one in the app, preferably with itsme®.
This way, you can manage your mobile subscription that is partially paid for by your employer in Proximus+.

Step 1: Install the Proximus+ app

Don’t have the app on your phone yet? Download it:

Step 2: Register with itsme®

If you don’t have a MyProximus or Proximus+ account yet for the mobile number that is partially paid for by your employer, itsme® is the fastest and safest way to create an account.

What do you need?

  • Your mobile number that is (partially) paid for by your employer
  • The itsme® app with an itsme account to confirm your identity
  • A valid email address to receive the confirmation email with the activation link

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app. Are you asked for your PIN code, fingerprint or Face ID? Enter it.
  2. Accept the terms and tap Confirm and continue with itsme®.
  3. Confirm your identity in the itsme® app.
  4. You return to Proximus+.
    Choose a PIN code or enable fingerprint/Face ID.
  5. Tap Sign up and then Sign up with itsme®.
    The itsme® app opens. Confirm your identity in the app.
  6. Check your email address, edit it if needed, choose your preferred language and accept the terms.
  7. Open the email you receive and click the link Confirm your MyProximus login.
  8. Go back to the Proximus+ app. Tap Products. You will see See my products, tap it.
  9. You will see the mobile number that is partially paid for by your employer.

Do you already have a MyProximus account?
It may be linked to your mobile subscription through your employer, your private products, or both.
Then you don’t need to create a new account to check your work phone via the Proximus+ app.

You can simply install the Proximus+ app and sign in with your existing details.

Step 1: Install the Proximus+ app

Step 2: Sign in via the Proximus+ app

We recommend signing in with itsme®.
When you do, we automatically suggest the MyProximus accounts we can identify based on your itsme details. This way, you don’t have to enter your account details yourself.

What do you need?

  • The itsme® app and an itsme account
  • A MyProximus account

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app. Are you asked for your PIN code, fingerprint or Face ID? Enter it.
  2. Tap Proceed with itsme® and confirm your identity in the itsme® app.

    You can also choose Continue via MyProximus and enter your existing username and password.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Choose a PIN code or enable fingerprint/Face ID.
  5. Tap Products.
  6. What do you see?
    • I see products or the message See my products.
      1. Tap your profile (your initials).
      2. Tap Switch account.
      3. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm.
      4. Can’t see the account you need? Tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a pack, Internet or TV to add your existing products (fixed line, TV, Internet), or Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.
    • I don’t see the  Products option. Then you are not signed in.
      Follow the instructions on the screen and sign in with your username and password.
      1. Tap your profile (your initials).
      2. Tap Switch account.
      3. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm.
      4. Can’t see the account you need? Tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a pack, Internet or TV to add your existing products (fixed line, TV, Internet), or Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.

    Good to know: Do you use multiple MyProximus accounts (private and through work)? Then you can sign in with any account where you added access, and easily switch via your profile.

In addition to your subscription through your employer, you can also view other private products in MyProximus, such as your fixed line, TV, Internet, prepaid or a family member’s products (or vice versa).

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap on  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products or the message See my products.
      1. Tap your profile (your initials).
      2. Tap Switch account.
      3. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm.
      4. Can’t see the account you need? Tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a pack, Internet or TV to add your existing products (fixed line, TV, Internet), or Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.
    • I don’t see the  Products option. Then you are not signed in.
      Follow the instructions on the screen and sign in with your username and password.

Do you get an error message or a message asking you to add products in the Proximus+ app?
Then you probably tried to sign in with your MyProximus Enterprise account.

What’s the difference?

MyProximus Enterprise:

  • For companies.
  • Manage your organisation’s products and services (e.g. colleagues, Internet lines, invoices, technical issues).
  • Only available on PC or laptop.
  • Does not work in the Proximus+ app.

MyProximus or Proximus+ app (personal account):

  • For you personally.
  • For the mobile number that is partially paid for by your employer.
  • Or for private products such as Internet or TV.
  • Available on PC or laptop.
  • Works in the Proximus+ app.

Don’t have a personal MyProximus account yet? Create a MyProximus accountOpens a new window :

  • Your MyProximus Enterprise account and your personal MyProximus account must be created using a different email address.
  • You can’t sign in to the app with your MyProximus Enterprise details.
  • So you need a personal MyProximus account to use Proximus+.

In addition to your subscription through your employer, you may also have a MyProximus account for private products such as fixed line, TV, Internet, prepaid or a family member’s products. You can easily merge these accounts.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap on  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products, but not the mobile number through my employer Then you only see your private products.
      Add your work mobile as follows:
      1. Tap your profile (your initials).

      4. If you can’t see the account you need, tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.

It’s possible that, in addition to your subscription through your employer, you are also a private customer of Proximus or manage multiple accounts.
Do you want to change the email address of one of these accounts? No problem, we’ll explain how.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap on  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products, but not the mobile number through my employer Then you only see your private products.
      Add your work mobile as follows:

      4. If you can’t see the account you need, tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.

      3. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm.
      4. Can’t see the account you need? Tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a pack, Internet or TV to add your existing products (fixed line, TV, Internet), or Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.
  6. Tap  Settings.
  7. Tap Manage your account.
  8. Tap Personal information.
  9. In Email/login, enter the email address you want to use for this account.
  10. Do you get a message saying the email address is already in use? Request a new passwordOpens a new window so you can use MyProximus with this email address.
  11. Tap Save changes.
  12. You will receive an email at that address with a confirmation link. Tap this link.
  13. You can then immediately sign in with your new username and your existing password.

Invoice


 

It’s possible that you can see the invoice for your private mobile number in the Proximus+ app, but not the invoice for your work mobile number.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap on  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products, but not the mobile number through my employer Then you only see your private products.
      Add your work mobile as follows:
      1. Tap your profile (your initials).
      2. Tap Switch account.
      3. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm.
      4. If you can’t see the account you need, tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.
    • I see the message See my products

      4. Can’t see the account you need? Tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a pack, Internet or TV to add your existing products (fixed line, TV, Internet), or Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.
  6. Tap  Invoices and then See my invoices. You will get an overview of all your invoices and can easily pay them.

Do you have a split bill agreement with your employer? Then you receive an invoice for your personal usage, based on the agreed split bill profile. You can choose to receive this invoice digitally. You can easily set this up yourself via your MyProximus account.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap on  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products, but not the mobile number through my employer Then you only see your private products.
      Add your work mobile as follows:
      1. Tap your profile (your initials).
      2. Tap Switch account.
      3. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm.
      4. If you can’t see the account you need, tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.

      4. Can’t see the account you need? Tap Account settings, then Proximus and Add access.
      5. Choose Add a pack, Internet or TV to add your existing products (fixed line, TV, Internet), or Add a mobile number to add your work mobile, another mobile number or prepaid number. You can now switch access via your profile.
  6. Tap Settings, then Invoice settings and then Delivery method.
  7. Enter the requested information and choose how you want to receive your digital invoice:
    • As a PDF by email
    • Via Zoomit
  8. Tap Send.

Do you have a split bill agreement with your employer? Then you receive an invoice for your personal usage in your own name and at your own address.
You can’t change the invoice address yourself in the Proximus+ app or via MyProximus. Do you want to change your address? Please contact the administrator in your company. They can make the change via MyProximus Enterprise, or ask your employer’s Proximus contact person to do it.


Usage


 

It's possible that through Proximus+, you can see the usage of your personal mobile phone number, but you can't view how much you've surfed, called, or texted with your professional mobile phone number.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap your profile in the top left corner of the screen. Then tap Switch account. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm. If you don’t see the account you want to view, tap Account settings, then Proximus, and then Add a view. Choose View also a mobile. You can now switch access via your profile at the top.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to view the usage.

It's only possible to add a data option if your employer has granted you ordering rights for this. Contact your employer if you want more information about this.

  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap your profile in the top left corner of the screen. Then tap Switch account. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm. If you don’t see the account you want to view, tap Account settings, then Proximus, and then Add a view. Choose View also a mobile. You can now switch access via your profile at the top. Continue with step 6.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it and continue with step 6.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to buy options. Continue with step 6.
  6. Tap Add an option.
  7. Select the desired option and tap Order. The cost of the option depends on the agreement with your employer.

Lost your SIM card's PUK code or need your SIM card number? No worries, you can easily find them in the Proximus+ app.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the number (partially) paid by my employer. You’re viewing only your private products. Tap your profile in the top left corner of the screen. Then tap Switch account.
      Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm. If you don’t see the account you want to view, tap Account settings, then Proximus, and then Add a view. Choose Add a mobile number. You can now switch between accesses. Continue to step 5.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it and go to step 5.
    • I don’t see the  Products option. You are not logged in. Follow the on-screen steps and log in with the right account. Continue to step 5.
  6. Tap the mobile number of your work-related subscription.
  7. Scroll to SIM card number and PUK code. Tap the eye icon to view them.

Do you use a mobile subscription provided by your employer? Then you cannot activate or deactivate your voicemail yourself via the Proximus+ app.
The administrator within your company activates the voicemail once for your mobile number via MyProximus Enterprise.

Is your voicemail active? Then you, as the end user, set your voicemail message and your voicemail code. You need this code if you want to listen to your voicemail abroad.
You can retrieve your voicemail code yourself if you don’t know it:

Find your voicemail code:

  • Recommended method:
    1. Send a free SMS with VM PIN to 19691.
    2. You will receive your current voicemail code in a free SMS.
  • Alternative method:
    1. Type #145# on your mobile phone.
    2. Press the call button.
    3. You will receive your voicemail code in a free SMS.

Did you receive an eSIM from your employer for your mobile number? Your administrator may have ordered it, and you received it by e-mail. In that case, you can easily install your eSIM profile via the Proximus+ app.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms if you haven’t done so yet and sign in. If you registered your MyProximus account using itsme®, you can Proceed with itsme® or else, Continue via MyProximus.
  3. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  4. Tap  Products.
  5. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, Tap your profile in the top left corner of the screen. Then tap Switch account. Select the account you want to view and tap Confirm. If you don’t see the account you want to view, tap Account settings, then Proximus, and then Add a view. Choose View also a mobile. You can now switch access via your profile at the top.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to install the eSIM.
  6. Tap Install eSIM.
  7. Follow the instructions on your screen.
  8. Your eSIM profile has now been added.

Please note, make sure to always keep the activation email. You will need it if you change to a new device or you want to change the PIN code.
