Proximus+ and your subscription through your employer

Step 1: Install Proximus+

  • Was the MyProximus app already installed on your phone? Then Proximus+ was automatically installed, unless you have disabled automatic app updates.

Step 2: Activate Proximus+

  1. Tap the Proximus+ icon that appeared on your device after installation.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already done so.
  3. For security reasons, you must first log in to Proximus+. We recommend using itsme®, as this is the easiest way to access Proximus+ and track your products. Note: the itsme® app must be installed on your device.
  4. Choose to log in with itsme®:
    • If you already have a MyProximus account and choose itsme®, we will automatically suggest the MyProximus accounts we can identify based on your itsme® data. This way, you don't need to manually enter any account details.
      Choose the account you want to continue with; this will become your primary account.
    • Tip: Want to later add other products linked to another account to the selected one? You can add extra accesses in MyProximus. Check the question I want to manage multiple products via one MyProximus account.
    • No MyProximus accounts suggested? You will land on the app's home screen.
      Don’t have a MyProximus account yet? Create one firstOpens a new window by choosing to register. That way, you can track usage and bills for your employer's subscription or other Proximus products.
  5. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  6. Choose a PIN code, this will be your future access code for Proximus+. You can later also activate login via fingerprint or facial recognition.

We will explain how to check if you are logged in to MyProximus via the Proximus+ app.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already and log in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view and then View also a mobile. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top.
    • I only see the message View my products. If you tap this, you'll see the subscription and mobile number that is (partially) paid for by your employer. To see other Proximus products, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view. Then choose View also a pack, internet or TV to add your existing products (Landline, TV, Internet) or View also a mobile to add another mobile or prepaid number.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account whose products you want to see.
  5. You are now logged in.

In addition to your subscription through your employer, you can also view other private products in MyProximus, such as your landline, TV, internet, prepaid or those of a family member.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already and log in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products listed or the message View my products. Tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view. Then choose View also a pack, internet, TV to add your existing products (Landline, TV, Internet) or View also a mobile to add another mobile or prepaid number. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account whose products you want to view. Tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view. Then choose View also a pack, internet, TV to add your existing products (Landline, TV, Internet) or Add a mobile number to add another mobile or prepaid number. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top.
    • Note: depending on the MyProximus account to which you added an access, you can continue to log in with each account. If you add your private products to the account of your mobile number paid (partially) by your employer, you will see everything on that one account, but you can still log in separately to your private account to view those products.
      Conversely, if you log in to the account of your mobile number (partially) paid by your employer, you can see all the added products.

You might have tried to log in with the details of your MyProximus Enterprise account.

Here's an explanation:

MyProximus Enterprise is intended for your company, while your MyProximus account is specifically for you.

With a MyProximus Enterprise account, you manage your company's products, invoices, and services. For example, you manage all mobile numbers of colleagues within your organization, the internet lines, or technical incidents. MyProximus Enterprise only works via PC or laptop, not via the Proximus+ app.

With a MyProximus account, you can manage only your personal products via the Proximus+ app, whether it's the mobile number partially paid by your employer or internet or TV at your home.

The most important thing to remember is that the login details, including the email address, for MyProximus Enterprise must be different from those for your personal MyProximus account. Therefore, you will not be able to log in to your MyProximus account with your MyProximus Enterprise credentials or vice versa.

Previously, you were recognized based on your mobile data connection via the 4G or 5G network, but you can no longer log in without a username and password. If you want to manage the mobile subscription through your employer or any other subscription, you must register a MyProximus account for security reasons. This way, you can track your usage at any time, view and pay your invoice, or order options if your employer has granted you ordering rights.

Account


 

In addition to your subscription through your employer, you may also have a MyProximus account for private products such as a landline, TV, internet, prepaid, or products of a family member. You can easily merge these accounts.

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already and log in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view and then View also a mobile. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top.
    • I only see the message View my products. If you tap this, you'll see the subscription and mobile number that is (partially) paid for by your employer. To see other Proximus products, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view. Then choose View also a pack, internet or TV to add your existing products (Landline, TV, Internet) or View also a mobile to add another mobile or prepaid number.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account whose products you want to see.

Note, depending on the MyProximus account to which you have added a view, you can continue to log in with each registered account. If you add private products to the account of your mobile number (partially) paid for by your employer, you can still log in separately with your private account details to view those products. On the other hand, if you log in to the account of your mobile number (partially) paid for by your employer, you will see all the added products.

It is quite possible that, in addition to your subscription through your employer, you are also a private customer with Proximus or manage multiple accounts.
Do you want to change the email address of one of these accounts? No problem, we will explain how.

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already and log in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products listed or the message View my products. If you tap this, you'll see the subscription and mobile number that is (partially) paid for by your employer. Tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar and select the account for which you want to change the email address. Is the correct account not listed? Tap Add a view. Then choose View also a pack, internet, TV to add your existing products (Landline, TV, Internet) or View also a mobile to add another mobile or prepaid number. Continue with step 6.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to change the email address. Continue with step 6.
  5. Tap on your photo or credentials in the top left.
  6. Tap Manage your account.
  7. Tap Personal information.
  8. In the E-mail/login section, enter the email address you want to use for this account.
  9. If you receive a message that the email address is already in use, request a new passwordOpens a new window zso that you can use MyProximus with this email address.
  10. Tap Save changes.
  11. You will receive an email at that email address with a confirmation link. Tap on this link.
  12. After that, you can log in right away with your new username and existing password.

Invoice


 

It's possible that you can see the invoice for your personal mobile phone number through Proximus+, but not for your professional mobile subscription.

  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already and log in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view and then View also a mobile. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top. Continue with step 6.
    • I see the message View my products. If you tap this, you'll see the subscription and mobile number that is (partially) paid for by your employer. Continue with step 6.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to view the invoice. Continue with step 6.
  5. Tap  Invoices and then View my invoices.You'll get an overview of all your invoices and can easily pay them.

If you have a split bill agreement with your employer, you will receive an invoice for your personal usage according to the agreed split bill profile. You can choose to receive the invoice digitally, which you can easily set up via your MyProximus account.

  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view and then View also a mobile. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top. Continue with step 6.
    • I see the message View my products. If you tap this, you'll see the subscription and mobile number that is (partially) paid for by your employer. Continue with step 6.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to view the invoice. Continue with step 6.
  5. Tap Settings, then Invoice settings and then Delivery method.
  6. Fill in the requested information and choose how you want to receive your digital invoice:
    • As a PDF by email.
    • Via Zoomit.
  7. Tap Send.

Do you have a split bill agreement with your employer? Then you receive an invoice for your personal usage in your own name and at your own address.
You cannot change the billing address on your invoice yourself in the Proximus+ app or via MyProximus. Want to change your address? Ask your company’s administrator. They can update it via MyProximus Enterprise or ask the administrative contact person of your employer to request the change at Proximus.


Usage


 

It's possible that through Proximus+, you can see the usage of your personal mobile phone number, but you can't view how much you've surfed, called, or texted with your professional mobile phone number.

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already and log in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the phone number (partially) paid by my employer. You now only see your private products. To see the subscription through your employer, tap the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Tap Add a view and then View also a mobile. You can now switch access via the same  arrow at the top.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to view the usage.

It's only possible to add a data option if your employer has granted you ordering rights for this. Contact your employer if you want more information about this.

  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?

Continue with step 6.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it and continue with step 6.
    • I don't see the option  Products. This means you are not logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the username and password of the account for which you want to buy options. Continue with step 6.
  5. Tap Add an option.
  6. Select the desired option and tap Order. The cost of the option depends on the agreement with your employer.

Lost your SIM card's PUK code or need your SIM card number? No worries, you can easily find them in the Proximus+ app.

  1. Open the Proximus+ app
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven’t yet, and sign in.
  3. Tap  Products.
  4. What do you see?
    • I see products but not the number (partially) paid by my employer. You’re viewing only your private products. Tap the  arrow at the top. Tap Add access then Add a mobile number. You can now switch between accesses. Continue to step 5.
    • I see the message View my products. Tap it and go to step 5.
    • I don’t see the  Products option. You are not logged in. Follow the on-screen steps and log in with the right account. Continue to step 5.
  5. Tap the mobile number of your work-related subscription.
  6. Scroll to SIM card number and PUK code. Tap the eye icon to view them.

Want to activate or deactivate the voicemail for your work mobile subscription? You can’t change your voicemail settings via the Proximus+ app or MyProximus. Ask your company administrator. They can manage your voicemail through MyProximus Enterprise.
