Do you want to monitor and manage the mobile number through your employer via Proximus+?

Step 1: Install Proximus+

  • Was the MyProximus app already installed on your phone? Then Proximus+ was automatically installed unless you have disabled automatic app updates.

Step 2: Activate Proximus+

  1. Tap on the Proximus+ icon that appeared on your device after installation.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven't already.
  3. For security reasons, you need to log in during the first sign-in to Proximus+:
    • Do you already have a MyProximus account for your mobile number via your employer? Proceed to step 4.
       Note: You cannot use a different MyProximus account managing other products (e.g., TV, internet, or a personal mobile number) or a MyProximus Enterprise account managing your company's products to manage your mobile number via your employer.
    • Don't have a MyProximus account for your mobile number via your employer? Then create oneOpens a new window .
  4. Choose the option Proceed with MyProximus and use the login credentials of the MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer.

    In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  5. Select a PIN code, this will be your future access code for Proximus+. You can also activate login via fingerprint or face recognition later on.

It's possible that you could previously log in to MyProximus without needing a username and password, based on your mobile data connection via the 4G or 5G network. If you want to monitor the mobile subscription through your employer, you need to register a MyProximus account for security reasons. The same applies to tracking your personal subscriptions. This way, you can monitor your usage at any time, view and pay your bill, or order options if your employer has granted you the ordering rights.

It's possible that in addition to your subscription through your employer, you are also a private customer with Proximus and manage multiple accounts.

What do you need:

  • A MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer.
     Note: You cannot use a different MyProximus account managing other products (e.g., TV, internet, or a personal mobile number) or a MyProximus Enterprise account managing your company's products to manage your mobile number via your employer.
  • Don't have a MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer? Then create oneOpens a new window .

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app.
  2. Accept the terms if you haven't already and choose Proceed with MyProximus.
  3. Tap on  MyProximus at the bottom of the screen, in the navigation bar.
  4. You now have 3 possible scenarios:
    • Do you see a mobile phone number or a name at the top? Then you are logged into the MyProximus account linked to it.
      Not sure? Tap on the arrow at the top of the navigation bar. From the menu, you can see your current access or view which account you are currently logged into.
    • Don't see a mobile phone number or name? This means you're not logged in. Tap on Let's go! to link a MyProximus account. Enter the username and password of the account whose details you want to see.

It's possible that in addition to your subscription through your employer, you are also a private customer with Proximus, or you want to manage multiple accounts (e.g., your professional subscription and that of a family member).

What do you need:

  • A MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer.
     Note: You cannot use a different MyProximus account managing other products (e.g., TV, internet, or a personal mobile number) or a MyProximus Enterprise account managing your company's products to manage your mobile number via your employer.
  • Don't have a MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer? Then create oneOpens a new window .

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app.
  2. Accept the terms if you haven't already and choose Proceed with MyProximus.
  3. Tap on  MyProximus at the bottom of the screen, in the navigation bar.
  4. You now have 2 possible scenarios:
    • Do you see a mobile phone number or a name at the top? Then you are logged into the MyProximus account linked to it. Proceed with step 5.
    • Don't see a mobile phone number or name? This means you're not logged in. Tap on Let's go! to link a MyProximus account. Enter the username and password of the account whose details you want to see and proceed with step 5.

      In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  5. Are you logged in with one of your accounts? Great! To add an account, tap on the arrow at the top of the navigation bar, and then select Log in with another MyProximus account. Enter the username and password for another account you want to add.

  6. Have you successfully added an additional account? Great! Tap on the arrow at the top of the navigation bar. From the menu, you can see your current access and switch between accounts by selecting another account from the list.

It's possible that, in addition to your subscription through your employer, you're also a private customer with Proximus or manage multiple accounts. It's important that the different MyProximus accounts are created with different email addresses.
Would you like to monitor the usage of your mobile phone number through your employer? Use your professional email address. Haven't done this before? No problem, you can easily change it.

What do you need:

  • A MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer.
     Note: You cannot use a different MyProximus account managing other products (e.g., TV, internet, or a personal mobile number) or a MyProximus Enterprise account managing your company's products to manage your mobile number via your employer.
  • Don't have a MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer? Then create oneOpens a new window .

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app.
  2. Accept the terms if you haven't already and choose Proceed with MyProximus.
  3. Tap on  MyProximus at the bottom of the screen, in the navigation bar.
  4. Log in with the username and password of the account for which you want to change the details.

  5. At the top of the navigation bar, tap on  Settings.
  6. Tap on Manage your account.
  7. Tap on Personal information.
  8. In the E-mail/login section, enter the email address you want to use for this account.
  9. If you receive a message that the email address is already in use, request a new passwordOpens a new window zso that you can use MyProximus with this email address.
  10. Tap Save changes.
  11. You will receive an email at that email address with a confirmation link. Tap on this link.
  12. After that, you can log in right away with your new username and existing password.

You might be logged into MyProximus with the credentials of your MyProximus Enterprise account.

Here's an explanation:

MyProximus Enterprise is intended for your company, while MyProximus is specifically for you.

With a MyProximus Enterprise account, you manage your company's products, invoices, and services. For example, you manage all mobile numbers of colleagues within your organization, internet lines, or technical incidents. MyProximus Enterprise only works via PC or laptop, not via the Proximus+ app.

With a MyProximus account, you can only manage your personal products via the Proximus+ app, whether it's the mobile number for which your employer pays (partially) or internet or TV at your home.

The most important thing to remember is that the login credentials, including the email address, for MyProximus Enterprise must be different from those for your personal MyProximus account. So, you won't be able to log in with your MyProximus Enterprise credentials to your MyProximus account or vice versa. Suppose you already have a MyProximus Enterprise account for your company and you also want to access MyProximus for your own mobile number, either private or professional. In that case, you'll need a different email address than that of your existing MyProximus Enterprise account.


Invoice


 

It's possible that you can see the invoice for your personal mobile phone number through Proximus+, but not for your professional mobile subscription.

What do you need:

  • A MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer.
     Note: You cannot use a different MyProximus account managing other products (e.g., TV, internet, or a personal mobile number) or a MyProximus Enterprise account managing your company's products to manage your mobile number via your employer.
  • Don't have a MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer? Then create oneOpens a new window .

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app.
  2. Accept the terms if you haven't already and choose Proceed with MyProximus.
  3. Tap on  MyProximus at the bottom of the screen, in the navigation bar.
  4. You now have 3 possible scenarios:
    • Do you see the mobile phone number of the subscription through your employer? Then you're logged into the correct account. Proceed with step 5.
    • Do you see a different mobile phone number ? Tap on the  arrow at the top of the navigation bar. Now, select the account from the list or choose log in with another MyProximus account. Proceed with step 5.
    • Don't see a mobile phone number? This means you're not logged in. Tap on Let's go! to link your account, and then proceed with step 5.
  5. Enter the username and password of the account linked to the mobile subscription through your employer.

    In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

  6. Tap on  Invoices, and then tap View my invoices. You'll get an overview of all your invoices and can easily pay them.

Subscription


 

It's possible that through Proximus+, you can see the usage of your personal mobile phone number, but you can't view how much you've surfed, called, or texted with your professional mobile phone number.

What do you need:

  • A MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer.
     Note: You cannot use a different MyProximus account managing other products (e.g., TV, internet, or a personal mobile number) or a MyProximus Enterprise account managing your company's products to manage your mobile number via your employer.
  • Don't have a MyProximus account linked to the mobile number via your employer? Then create oneOpens a new window .

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app.
  2. Accept the terms if you haven't already and choose Proceed with MyProximus.
  3. Tap on  MyProximus at the bottom of the screen, in the navigation bar.
  4. You now have 3 possible scenarios:
    • Do you see the mobile phone number of the subscription through your employer? Then you're logged into the correct account. Proceed with step 5.

  6. Tap on  Products, and then tap View my products.

It's only possible to add a data option if your employer has granted you ordering rights for this. Contact your employer if you want more information about this.

  5. Enter the username and password of the account linked to the mobile subscription through your employer.

  6. Tap on  Products, and then tap View my products.
  7. Tap on Add an option.
  8. Select the desired option and tap Order. The cost of the option depends on the agreement with your employer.
