Proximus does not issue its own payment terminals but has entered into a partnership with Payworld, allowing you to benefit from preferential prices, free support and exclusive benefits.
Proximus merely facilitates the connection between interested customers and Payworld, without participating in or influencing the contractual relationship that may arise between the customer and Payworld.
Once your contact details are shared with Payworld, Proximus assumes no responsibility or obligation regarding the conclusion, execution, or termination of the contract between the customer and Payworld.
Any request, complaint, or dispute related to the services provided by Payworld must be addressed directly to Payworld, without any involvement from Proximus.
Payworld products are not Proximus products. Therefore, Proximus will not intervene in contracts entered into directly by the customer with Payworld.
You must be a professional Proximus customer to enjoy exclusive benefits in a contract with Payworld. The benefits include preferential prices, free premium support and extra promotions, e.g. the terminal rent at €0 during the first 3 months of the contract.
