How to indicate a damage case?
You can report your claim by telephone Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If your claim is approved, you will receive the device the next day. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Replacement by a new or an as-good-as-new device the day after the claim has been accepted. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Compatible with Proximus’ mobile subscriptions, for private customers and business customers, as mentioned on the website proximus.be. The insurance does not cover, inter alia: (1) negligence, intentional error or a deliberate act by the user; (2) accessories; (3) damage caused by repair by a third party; (4) damage caused by viruses; (5) loss of data. You’ll find the complete list of terms and conditions here. Limited to two claims per year of registration. The Insured can terminate the Agreement in writing at any time, except during the first six months. In case of lack of stock or force majeure the device replacement time may be extended by five days.
