SMS alerts
You regularly receive a text message indicating your data usage in Belgium and abroad, 24/7. This is an automatic service, so you don't have to do anything for it.
Surfing limit
Your mobile Internet connection will be cut off when your bill reaches €60 (incl. VAT) while abroad. You will be alerted by SMS. The surfing limit applies until the next billing period.
Mobile Voice Recording

- "Estimated maximum speed" is the maximum speed that users can expect to reach at different locations in the coverage area under realistic conditions. This maximum value is the result of measurements carried out throughout the national territory and could vary depending on the compatible price plan selected, terminal performance and your location while using the service.
- "Optimal maximum speed" is the maximum speed that can be achieved under optimal conditions and may vary depending on the compatible tariff plan selected, device performance and your location while using the service.
For all Mobile Connect subscriptions:
- The Mobile Connect offer is only intended for business customers.
- The voice and SMS usage or bundle are valid from BE to BE and in roaming from EU Zone to EU Zone and BE including calls and SMS between colleagues (Proximus cards included in the Large Company Mobile Contract).
- The data bundles included in the plan can be used in Belgium and in the EU Zone.
- The out of bundle calls and SMS will be billed at €0.15/min and data at €0.10/MB. Once the data bundle is used up, the surf speed will be limited to 256 Kbps in Belgium until the start of the next billing cycle.
- For Mobile Connect International, unlimited data in BE and EU Zone: beyond 350 GB surfing remains unlimited at reduce speed (max 512 Kbps) without extra cost.
- MMS usage is not included in Mobile Connect offer. MMS usage will be billed at €1.25/MMS.
- The monthly volumes included in the plans are not carried over.
- Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Data usage is calculated per 1 kB.
- Calls to non-terrestrial networks are billed at €7/min.
- The Proximus contractual conditions for Mobile Connectivity apply to the Mobile Connect offer. The last version can be found on proximus.be/conditions. These conditions describe the capping rules to protect the Customer from bill shocks.

1. Mobile Threat Defense
This option is free of charge
- with Mobile Connect Max+, Mobile Connect International, Data Connect Max+ and Data Connect Ultra subscription
- or with other subscriptions if compatible with 5G+ Boost option when this option is activated
It is available for €2.50 (per month, VAT excl.) per any other Mobile Connect and Data Connect subscription.
2. 5G+ Boost
- To make use of the 5G+ Boost service, the End User needs an activated 5G+ SIM card or 5G+ eSIM, a 5G+ certified mobile device and an active 5G+ Boost option.
- 5G+ is not guaranteed in roaming
- The option is free of charge, with Mobile Connect Max+, Mobile Connect International. It is available for 4€ (per month and per subscription, VAT excl.) for any other compatible Mobile Connect subscription
3. International Calls and SMS
It is available for 5,00€ (per month and per subscription, VAT excl.)
