Don't use native call settings in the Webex App. Proximus implemented dedicated advanced calls settings within the Webex App to allow automatic synchronisation with the Call Connect Portal.
To go to this section, follow these steps:
- Click on your initials on the top left side of the screen.

- Click on Settings

- Click on Calling

- Click on Advanced call settings

Now you can learn how to:
- Do not disturb : This activates automatic call forwarding to your voice mail, if it's activated. If voice mail isn't activated, your caller will hear a busy tone. To turn this option on or off in the Webex App. Your choice is automatically saved.
- Call Forwarding : There are different types of Call Forwarding:
- Always Forwarding: all your calls are forwarded to a specified number. This call forwarding always has priority over other call forwarding you have set.
- No Answer Forwarding: when you don't pick up, your calls are forwarded to a specified number. You can choose the number of rings before a call is forwarded.
- Busy Forwarding: when your line is busy, your calls are forwarded to a specified number.
In each of the above cases, you can also choose to forward your calls to your voicemail. If you forward calls to your voicemail, you cannot forward them to a specific number at the same time.
To turn any of these options on or off in the Webex App:
- Choose the desired option.
- Enter the phone number to which you want to forward your calls (e.g. 012123456). If you want to forward calls to your voicemail, do not enter a number. Your choice is automatically saved.
- Simultaneous ringing : Selective Simultaneous Ring ensures that certain phones ring at the same time. You can choose which phone numbers this applies to. If you don't want your employees' phones to start ringing when they're on a call, check Do not ring if on call.
- Sequential ringing : Selective Sequential Ring ensures that phones ring in a specific order. You can draw up a list with your own order.
- Remote office : This service allows you to link any number, even if not hosted on our network and all the calls will be forwarded to this destination. Enter a number first. Then To turn this option on or off in the Webex App:
Check or uncheck Active to turn the option on or off.
- Call waiting : This allows you to take a second call while you're on the line with another caller.
To turn this option on or off in the Webex App: Check or uncheck Active to turn the option on or off.
- Block my caller ID : This hides your phone number when you call someone (secret number).
To turn this option on or off in the Webex App: Check or uncheck Active to turn the option on or off.
