I use Outlook online. Does it work with O365 online?

Yes, it does, but your IT administrator must integrate your Webex site with your Office365 environment.
As a user you can schedule and join easily in meetings with the Cisco Webex Meetings planner for O365.

I use G-Suite. Does it work with Gmail/G Suite?

Yes, it does, but your IT administrator must integrate your Webex site with your G Suite environment.
As a user you can schedule and join easily in meetings with the Cisco Webex Meetings planner for G Suite via Google Calendar or Gmail in any browser. In the calendar invite you will find a link to your Webex meeting.

What is the participant limit in a meeting?
It depends on the offer subscribed to. For the Enterprise version, the limit is 1000 participants per Webex Meeting.

Can participants be invited to join the meeting by phone?
Yes, this is possible, via a pay option (Call-back teleconferencing) of your subscription.

What are the advantages of the paying version? How much do the licenses cost?
The free version meets the needs of individual users, who have limited use. Some of these limitations have been relaxed for the Covid-19 crisis period. View the overview of offers for individuals and small businesses (typically up to about 20 users). The offer marketed by Proximus (Enterprise) is not included in this comparison. It is marketed only through Cisco partners, its scope going beyond that of the Business version to meet the needs of larger organizations.

Is it possible to share a document to officially validate participant attendance, signature or itsme?
The Webex administrator can generate a report listing the participants. However, only the names and e-mail addresses entered by users will be shown.

Can you show the document annotation tool?
To make annotations you can use the Whiteboard in Cisco Webex Meetings.

Is it possible to create breakout sessions (create sub-groups) before returning to the common room?
It is possible to manage breakout sessions in Cisco Webex Training.

Does one have access to the history of a meeting (when offline)?
It is possible to record a Cisco Webex meeting and share this recording as an MP4 file for users who wish to review it offline.

How many people can I see simultaneously on my screen in Cisco Webex?
By selecting "Grid View" mode, you can see up to 25 simultaneous participants via full screen video layouts in Cisco Webex Meetings and Cisco Webex Events.
