From 12/06, you’ll no longer pay any roaming surcharge when you use your mobile phone within the European Union. You'll therefore use your call minutes, texts, data and favorite app included in your subscription as if you were in Belgium. Out-of-bundle rates will also be the same.

You already have a mobile phone number with Proximus?

  1. Once you have ordered your Mobilus subscription, log in to MyProximus.
  2. Choose ‘Proximus’ from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.

Good to know: you can only keep you mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.

You already have a mobile phone number with another operator?
Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Once you have ordered your Mobilus subscription you can start the product configuration.
  2. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. You will only need to provide your customer account number. If you have a prepaid subscription you will have to provide the SIM card number.

Switching is easy: go to MyProximus, and choose your new rate plan. You’ll then receive your favorite app free of charge, along with your call minutes, text messages and MB.

I have a reload card and would like to opt for a Mobilus subscription

Your remaining call credit of your reload card will automatically be deducted from your first invoice.

If you haven’t done so already, we recommend that you become a Mobilus customer and/or put your mobile subscription(s) into a Tuttimus Pack. You’ll benefit from even more advantages every month and enjoy unlimited free calls between all members of the Pack.

Is my mobile ready for surfing on the Internet?

If it isn't, it's very easy to configure your mobile using our online tool.

How can I find out how much of my subscription allowance I’ve used up?

You can monitor your usage at any time on our MyProximus app and we’ll send you a text message to warn you before you exceed your limit. This way you avoid any unpleasant surprises when you receive your bill.

Need more data volume?

If your mobile data volume is often insufficient, we recommend that you opt for a higher-level Mobilus mobile subscription or a mobile subscription included in Tuttimus to benefit from even more advantages.

If you regularly need more data and want to keep your current mobile subscription, ask for the Extra Volume 500 MB option for €5 on MyProximus.

Prices include VAT. 

  • Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Calls and texts in Belgium to all fixed and mobile networks, except to premium numbers (voting lines, 0900 numbers, etc.). Unlimited usage for personal use only in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The data included is valid in Belgium only. Rates, if you top up your card: €0.30/min, €0.12/text and €0.50/MB. Unused minutes, texts or MB are not carried over to the next month.
  • All Mobilus subscriptions include free data in Belgium for an app selected from a defined list. The customer can only choose one app and can change it once a month in MyProximus. Limits may apply for certain apps, more information on www.proximus.be/support. The general terms and conditions of the apps remain/are applicable. If customers use up all the mobile Internet data included in their subscription, their surfing speed will be reduced to 128 Kbps, including for their favorite app, until the next billing cycle. Proximus has made a selection of the most popular applications around. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.
  • To use the Proximus 4G network, you need a compatible device.
Promo conditions for the smartphone offer

Prices incl. VAT, Auvibel charge and €0.05 recycling charge.

Offer valid from 18/04/2017 through 30/06/2017 for new subscriptions to DataPhone of €5, €10 or €20 depending on the device and Mobilus or Mobilus Full Control (from €15) for 24 months. In combination with Mobilus Full Control, this offer is limited to the first 2,500 customers. Offer is valid for both new and existing customers who already have a mobile-phone subscription.

Offer valid while stocks last. Once the stock is used up, it will not be replenished. This offer cannot be combined with other Proximus promotions.

The mobile phone must be paid by bank card. Customers who take a combined Proximus offer pay for all their Proximus subscriptions by direct debit. If the bank refuses the direct debit, Proximus is entitled to demand payment by bank transfer and, if necessary, to charge the customer "chargeback costs" based on the applicable rates.

A maximum of 30 days may elapse between the subscription activation date and the delivery of the smartphone. For more information and the terms and conditions of the mobile-phone rate plans, go to www.proximus.be.
