You already have a mobile phone number with Proximus?

  1. Once you have ordered your Mobilus subscription, log in to MyProximus.
  2. Choose ‘Proximus’ from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.

Good to know: you can only keep you mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.

You already have a mobile phone number with another operator?
Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Once you have ordered your Mobilus subscription you can start the product configuration.
  2. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. You will only need to provide your customer account number. If you have a prepaid subscription you will have to provide the SIM card number.

I have a mobile subscription but would like to switch to Mobilus

Switching is easy: go to MyProximus, and choose your new rate plan. You’ll then receive your favorite app free of charge, along with your call minutes, text messages and MB.

What if you've signed up for a smartphone offer with a subscription or currently benefit from a promotional offer or extra option?  Contact us via chat, visit a shop or call our call center and let us help you switch.

I have a reload card and would like to opt for a Mobilus subscription

Would you like to take a subscription and keep your mobile number?
Choose the subscription you need and click the “Add to card” button.
Your remaining call credit of your reload card will automatically be deducted from your first invoice.

I have one mobile subscription : do I benefit from the best offer?

If you haven’t done so already, we recommend that you become a Mobilus customer and/or put your mobile subscription(s) into a Tuttimus Pack. You’ll benefit from even more advantages every month and enjoy unlimited free calls between all members of the Pack.

Is my mobile ready for surfing on the Internet?

If it isn't, it's very easy to configure your mobile using our online tool.

How can I find out how much of my subscription allowance I’ve used up?

You can monitor your usage at any time on our MyProximus app and we’ll send you a text message to warn you before you exceed your limit. This way you avoid any unpleasant surprises when you receive your bill.

Need more data volume?

If your mobile data volume is often insufficient, we recommend that you opt for a higher-level Mobilus mobile subscription or a mobile subscription included in Tuttimus to benefit from even more advantages.

If you regularly need more data and want to keep your current mobile subscription, ask for the Extra Volume 500 MB option for €5 on MyProximus.

General conditions

Prices include VAT.

  • Calls and texts to all fixed and mobile networks in Belgium, except to premium numbers (voting lines, 0900 numbers, etc.). Calls are billed by the second after the 60th second.
  • Unlimited usage only for personal use, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
  • The surfing data included is valid only in Belgium. Bundle and out-of-bundle usage is billed per 1 KB.
  • All Mobilus subscriptions include unlimited data in Belgium for an app chosen from a defined list. The customer can choose only one app and can change it once per month in MyProximus. Limits may apply for certain apps. More info on Change your Favorite App. The general terms and conditions of the apps remain/are applicable. If you reach the mobile Internet data limit included in your subscription, your surfing speed will be reduced to 128 Kbps, including for your favorite app, until your next billing cycle.
  • When the subscription credit has been used up, calls and MB are billed in accordance with the applicable rate plan. Unused minutes and MB cannot be carried over to the next month.
  • Proximus has made a selection of the most popular applications around. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.
  • To use the Proximus 4G network, you need a compatible device
Promo conditions

Conditions for the offer of a smartphone with Mobilus+Phone

VAT price, Auvibel tax and €0.05 recycling tax included.

Offer valid from 01/03/2017 through 02/04/2017 for all new customers who subscribe to a 24-month contract for Mobilus+Phone 20, Mobilus+Phone 35 or Mobilus+Phone 50.

While stocks last. Once the stock is used up, it will not be replenished. One smartphone per customer. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, except for the Tuttimus Pack promotion as of the second added mobile. Payment by bank card only. By subscribing to this Proximus joint offer, the customer agrees to all the conditions of the offer and to paying by direct debit all amounts due to Proximus in the context of all other services provided by Proximus (due and past-due bills). Should the bank reject this payment, Proximus reserves the right to demand payment by bank transfer and charge the Customer for this rejection based on the applicable rates.

Allow up to 30 days for delivery, from the subscription activation date and the receipt of the smartphone. You will find more information and the conditions of the mobile rate plans on www.proximus.be/tariffs.

Conditions 500 MB Extra option: 

The 500 MB Extra option must be activated on the MyProximus app or via MyProximus on the Internet.

The 500 MB Extra are valid for 31 days.

A maximum of 5 500 MB Extra options may be activated at the same time.

Not valid for prepaid cards and for customer with mobile subscription in a pack.
