    Place your order and we’ll provide the installation adapted to your needs. If a technician needs to install your Bizz All-in you can simply choose the time and day, even on evenings or Saturday, handy!

  • Select the date for us to deliver your device

    We will deliver, for free, your device to the address where your Bizz All-in is installed. Choose the time that best suits you: up to 22.00 hours on weekdays and to 18.00 hours on Saturdays.

  • Confirm your order, without paying online

    Your device will not be invoiced until your next bill. So you don’t have to pay anything on delivery either.

  • Our technician will take care of the rest. No stress.

    Once your Bizz All-in has been installed, you can immediately surf the internet, make calls and watch Proximus TV without worries.

Frequently asked questions

How will I receive my new device?

You will receive your new device immediately in the point-of-sale when you place your order.

In the case of distance selling (via the web, customer service, door-to-door sale, etc.), your new device will be delivered to your home, free of charge, max. 30 days after the installation of your Internet. You can choose the delivery date when you place your order. This date must be at least four working days later than the order date.

For a home delivery, can I choose the address to which the device will be delivered?

No, this is not possible. The device will be automatically delivered to the installation address of your Proximus products.

Do I have to be present at the chosen date in case of a home delivery?

Yes, it is important that you are at home to take delivery of your device and to sign the delivery note. If you are unable to be present, you can give a proxy to someone. You will find a proxy document on www.proximus.be/mandate. Please also give this person a copy of your identity card.

How do I pay for my device?

If you purchased your device in a point-of-sale, you will need to pay for your device directly in the point-of-sale. Electronic payment by bank card or credit card is required.

If you purchased your device in a distance sale (via the web, customer service, door-to-door sale, etc.), your device will be charged to your first Proximus bill. You do not, therefore, have to pay on delivery at your home.


Promotion conditions gift

Offer valid from 14/11/2016 until 31/01/2017 for new and existing customers who opt for at least one new product (Internet, TV, fixed phone or Mobilus S/M/L subscription) in a Tuttimus Pack with a new 24-month contract. Valid while stocks last. Once the stock is used up, it will not be replenished. One TV set or one smartphone per customer. Offer cannot be combined with other current or old Proximus promotions (incl. joint offers), except for the Mobilus+Phone promotion, valid as from the 2nd mobile subscription added to the Tuttimus Pack. Installation by a technician is included (instead of €59). If you opt for a joint Proximus offer, you accept all the terms and conditions of that offer and pay all your Proximus subscriptions by direct debit. If the bank refuses the direct debit, Proximus is entitled to demand payment by bank transfer and, if necessary, to charge you "chargeback" costs based on the applicable rates. Only payments by bank card are accepted.
