Settings to surf on 5G, 4G or 3G
Do you want to surf via mobile data (5G, 4G or 3G) on your mobile or tablet? If you have a subscription that allows you to surf via mobile data, then you can surf anywhere you can call with your mobile if you meet the following conditions:
- You have 3G, 4G or 5G coverage in your neighboorhood: check out our network coverage maps showing 3G en 4G coverage or 5G coverage in your area.
- Your device supports 3G, 4G or 5G: it's the case for the most recent devices, you can check it in your device's manual. You may be switched from one network to another because your device always chooses the best available network. In case of 5G, you can check the list of compatible devices .

If you have bought your mobile or tablet on our website or in a point-of-sale, it is already set up to surf on the Proximus network. If not, you will first have to configure the access point (APN): internet.proximus.be.
Is your Android device not listed? Then choose the device that most closely resembles your device or follow the standard instructions:
- Tap Settings > Mobile networks > Access point names > Choose the More,°°° or option button and then tap Restore Defaults. Tap the access point and verify if internet.proximus.be is shown as Access point (APN). If this is not the case, type it in and save your changes.
