Proximus technically migrates "domain name" services to Clearmedia

In order to simplify our services, we have decided to technically migrate our domain services to our affiliate, Clearmedia. As a customer, you will continue to have access to manage your domain name via Clearmedia through an interface of Cloudflare. Even post-migration, Proximus ensures uninterrupted support, together with onsistent pricing and billing. Below, we provide information on how to proceed with this technical migration and offer assistance should you encounter any issues during the process.

Join Cloudflare and register your domain name

Before you can begin managing your domain name, you will need to join Cloudflare.
Follow these steps to get started:

You should have received an email invitation asking you to join Cloudflare and register your Proximus domain name.
If you haven't received this email invitation, please send a request to dnsmaster@proximus.com. In your email, include your customer number, company name, first and last name, mobile phone number, and the emailaddress to which we should send the invitation.

If you already have an existing account with Cloudflare, you can use this account to register your Proximus domain name.
Use the Join button from the Cloudflare email invitation to proceed.

If you're new to Clouflare and you completed the registration process, you will receive access to Cloudflare. You will use these credentials to log in to the Cloudflare website.
