Fixed Internet volume: If the client has used his Internet volume included in the offer, his Internet speed is limited until the first day of the next month, unless they activate a paying Extra Volume via MyProximus.
Favorite app: unlimited data in Belgium for an application of your choice from a defined list. The customer can choose only one app and can change it once a month in MyProximus. Limits may apply for certain apps. For more info, see www.proximus.be/support. The general terms and conditions of the applications shall remain applicable. The protection measure against bill shocks shall apply for the favorite app. Proximus has made a selection of the most popular applications around. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.

TV Replay: TV Replay is free of charge for all customers who already have or who opt for one of our Familus or Tuttimus Packs. The availability of TV programs and TV Replay depends on the television channels and any authorizations they may have received to exploit said programs. Also available on a PC, tablet and smartphone via the Proximus TV app. The list of channels available in TV Replay on Proximus TV and the Proximus TV app, as well as the specific terms and conditions, can be found on www.proximus.be/tvreplay. TV Replay is not available for Scarlet customers.
Proximus TV application: offer valid in Belgium for all Proximus TV customers with a MyProximus account on Proximus' fixed or mobile network, in a zone with Wi-Fi or 3G/4G coverage, via terminals such as tablets, compatible smartphones and laptops. However, Proximus’ TV guide is accessible to all Internet users in Belgium.
Wi-Fi Hotspots and Smart Wi-Fi: every person who connects to a Wi-Fi Hotspot must have registered for the service and accepted the general terms and conditions. Smart Wi-Fi is included in the Packs with Mobilus and can be activated via the MyProximus/Network app (no login required).
Advantages of Mobilus in a Pack: monthly reduction valid for the Mobilus S and L subscriptions and extra data for Mobilus M, while the customer keeps his contract. You can add up to 6 mobile phones to Packs with the same advantages. All the information about our Packs can be found on proximus.be/mobileinpack
Protection measure: to avoid bill shocks, the service is blocked if the customer goes over his bundle limit by €60. If he wishes, the customer can unblock his service by contacting our customer service.
Calls and texts with Mobilus to all fixed and mobile networks in Belgium, except for premium numbers (voting lines, 0900 numbers, etc.). Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second.

Internet (data): the data included is valid only in Belgium. Usage within and outside the subscription is billed per 1 KB.
Once your subscription credit has been used up, calls and MB will be billed according to the applicable rate plan. Unused minutes and MB cannot be carried over to the next month
Installation/activation fee for new customers Internet + TV: €59
