Update of the TV platform
We want to further enhance the visual experience with a new, more modern TV platform that is future-oriented and offers more features.
Proximus is therefore making some technical modifications to the TV platform. Our technical teams are doing everything possible to ensure a smooth process. The changes are made automatically through a software update, so as a customer, you won't notice anything.
Android TV Box
- TV channel order: If you've changed the order of your channels, you'll need to redo this customized numbering after the software update. Don't panic: it's easy and straightforward if you do it on Pickx.be. The change will be automatically visible on your TV Box, Pickx app & Pickx.be. We'll show you how.
- My favourites: if you have added a favourite channel or programme to the list of favourites, you must do so again. We'll show you how.
- Are all your recordings not visible right away yet? Don't worry, it can take up to 24 hours after the software update before they all reappear in the recording list.
Pickx app
If you already have the Pickx app, you will be prompted to download a new version after the software update.
Attention, after logging into the new Pickx app, you may notice that you are in "visitor mode" or "guest mode."
- If you were logged in via the website, you will receive the message "No products found."
- If you were logged in via the app, you will receive the message "You are not yet a Proximus customer."
How to reactivate your account as an administrator? You can easily do this by reactivating your products in your MyProximus account.
- Go to MyProximus .
- Tap on Add a product to add your products.
