What are the conditions?
When you transfer your number to another operator, you can, in certain cases, request a refund of the remaining credit on your Pay&Go card or Full Control subscription. A refund fee of €5 will be charged for carrying out the refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- The mobile number of your Pay&Go card or Full Control subscription must have been transferred to another operator after 02/01/2023. A refund is not possible in the event of a termination.
- Your remaining credit must be greater than €5. Smaller amounts cannot be refunded.
- Bonus credit or free credit received as a result of a promotion is not eligible for reimbursement.
- You must apply for a refund via the web form within 31 days after the transfer of your mobile phone number. If the request is not made in time, the credit cannot be refunded.
- The refund can only be made to a Belgian or European bank account.
- If your refund is already pending or carried out, you cannot submit the request again.
- In case of fraudulent use, no refund will be granted.
