Log in to Proximus+ with MyProximus
If you have an account for MyProximus, you can log in to Proximus+ with your MyProximus username and password. You won't then be able to use all the features of Proximus+ (Services).
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Proximus+ app and and tap Continue with MyProximus.
- We suggest your username from MyProximus.
- Is this the right account? Then tap Continue with this account.
- Is this not the right account? Tap Continue with a different account and enter the correct username (email) and password .
- Don't get a suggestion and don't have a username? Register for MyProximus. You need a username to consult MyProximus in Proximus+.
- Did you link a wrong username? Tap your name or number at the top and then tap Log in with another account and enter the correct username (e-mail) and password .
- You are now logged in to Proximus+. Tap at the bottom on Products.
You now see the usage and management of your mobile, internet and TV subscription. As an administrator in MyProximus, you also have access to bills.
Would you like to see other products, e.g. the mobile subscription paid for by your employer, a Pay&Go or your grandparents' products? You can add and switch between accounts . - Want to consult or use the other Proximus+ services? Then you need to log in with itsme. Proceed as follows: tap Services, select a service and follow the steps to log in with itsme.
