- Open Outlook.
- Go in File, in the top left-hand menu.
- Choose your account.

- Click Server settings.
- Go to Outgoing mail and set it as follows:
- Server: relay.proximus.be
- Port : 587
- Encrypton method : STARTTLS
- Uncheck "Require logon using Secure Password Auhentification SPA"
- Check "My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication", then "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server".
- Click on Next, then Complete.
Important: Do this for each device you use to check your mailbox (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
And that's it, your mailbox is protected and you can send e-mails without any problem.
