Your devices need a quick check

The fiber modem connects your Internet Box to the wall fiber socket.

Connection diagram: First, plug the power cable into the fiber modem (rightmost port). Then connect an Ethernet cable from the modem’s Ethernet port to the third port from the right on the Internet Box.

Check in 3 steps that everything is correctly plugged in.

1. Is the fiber modem plugged into a power socket?

The power cable must be connected, and the Power light must be on.

2. Is the fiber modem connected to the wall socket with the fiber cable?

The fiber cable with green ends must connect the modem to the wall socket.

3. Is the fiber modem connected to your Internet Box?

An Ethernet cable must go from the modem’s Ethernet port to the red WAN port on your Internet Box. The WAN light on your Internet Box should turn on.
