Check the fiber modem
The fiber modem is connected between the Internet Box and the fiber socket
- Make sure the fiber modem is properly connected as shown in the diagram above:
- To a power outlet.
- To the fiber socket in the wall via the optical fiber.
- To your Internet Box via a cable plugged into the red port of the Internet Box and the yellow port of the fiber modem.
- Restart your fiber modem: press the button on the back of the fiber modem to turn it off, wait a few seconds, then press the button again to turn it back on.
