Check your modem's power supply
The fiber modem is a small device placed between the fiber wall outlet and your Internet Box or b-box.
There are different models (see image above).
It is connected to the red WAN port on the Internet Box/b-box via an Ethernet cable. It must also be plugged into a power socket.
Please check :
- That the modem is properly plugged into a power socket and switched on.
- That there is no power outage in your home or neighborhood.
