Reconnect the Proximus fibre modem

Connection diagram: the fiber modem is connected to a power outlet, the fiber socket in the wall, and the Internet Box via an Ethernet cable.

We can’t provide technical support for a fibre modem that was not supplied by Proximus.

We recommend reconnecting the Proximus fibre modem by following these steps:

  1. Connect the fibre modem to the fibre socket.
  2. Plug an Ethernet cable from the red port on your Internet Box to a yellow port on the fibre modem.
  3. Connect the fibre modem to a power socket.
