Restart your Proximus devices

Restarting your devices can often solve an internet connection issue.
Follow the steps below to restart your Proximus devices.

What do you need

  • Your Internet Box+ 7
  • Your Wi-Fi Booster, if you have one

Proceed as follows

For each device:

  1. Press the on/off button at the back.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Press the button again to switch the device back on.

Restart the devices in this order:

  1. The Internet Box+ 7
  2. The Wi-Fi Booster, if you have one

Then wait 5 minutes.

After that, try using the internet again.
