We’ve detected a possible connection issue between your fiber modem and your Internet Box.

  1. Make sure both the Internet Box and the fiber modem are switched on.
  2. Check that the Ethernet cable is properly connected:
    • to the red port on your Internet Box,
    • and to the Ethernet port on your fiber modem.
