Have you activated your Cloud account? In that case, you can install the Cloud app for free on your mobile, tablet or computer. After that, log in with your Proximus login and password to gain access to the Cloud.

Installing the Cloud on your mobile or tablet

1. Download and install the Cloud app for free on Play Store or App Store

2. Open the app and accept the general conditions.
3. Fill in your MyProximus login and password and click Connect.
4. If you want, you can choose to add files to the Cloud via an automatic backup.
5. Follow the tutorial to discover all the possibilities of the Cloud.

Installing the Cloud on your PC

1. Download the Cloud app on your PC via MyProximus.

2. Open the downloaded file (.exe) and follow the installation instructions on your screen.
3. Open the app and accept the general conditions.
4. Fill in your MyProximus login and password and click Connect.
5. If you want, you can choose to add files to the Cloud via an automatic backup.
6. Follow the tutorial to discover all the possibilities of the Cloud.

Installing the Cloud on your Mac

1. Download the Cloud app on your Mac via MyProximus.

2. Open the downloaded file (.dmg) and drag the app to the Programs folder.
3. Open the app and accept the general conditions.
4. Fill in your MyProximus login and password and click Connect.
