Design
The Samsung Gear S2 has a highly functional round design. You can quickly access all kinds of notifications and apps with the Home and Back buttons and by simply turning the ring on the watch face. The Samsung Gear S2 is only 11.4 mm thick and offers a vibrant viewing experience, thanks to its 1.2-inch round display with Gorilla Glass 3 and a resolution of 360 x 360 (302 ppi). To customize the Gear S2, the watch band can be replaced with a simple click, and the watch face is also replaceable. The device is IP68 certified, so fully dust and waterproof.
Connectivity
Thanks to the latest Tizen OS and a 1 GHz dual-core processor optimized for wearables, the Samsung Gear S2 performs tasks easily and efficiently. You stay constantly in touch via notifications (calendars, e-mails, news flashes, etc.) which you can check by glancing at your wrist. And because the Gear S2 is equipped with 3G connectivity and is the first wearable with its own e-SIM, you can send messages wherever and whenever you want, even if your smartphone is not close by. To connect the Samsung Gear S2 with your smartphone, you need the Gear Manager App from Google Play Store. The Samsung Gear S2 is compatible with all Android devices on the market (from Android 4.4 minimum 1.5 GB RAM memory).
Apps
The Nike+ Running app helps you track your activities. With the built-in heart-rate sensor you can easily and accurately measure your heart rate during workouts. And the activity log with automatic updates gives you a picture of your daily activity level at a glance. With enough space to store 300 songs synced seamlessly from your phone, your favorite playlists go where you go. Gear S2 and Level U Bluetooth headphones are all you need.

Wireless Charging Dock : Simply lay your Gear S2 down on the dock to begin charging. One Wireless charging dock is provided in-box.
