Questions about configuring your smartphone

To connect your new phone to the Proximus network, first insert your SIM card into your device. Then, go to settings and activate mobile data. You can find complete instructions in our guide for your specific device.

To activate your eSIM, you need a QR code or activation code. Go to settings > Mobile network > Add a plan > Scan the QR code or enter the activation code. You can find more details in our FAQ.
