Activate and deactivate voicemail

Activate or deactivate your voicemail in MyProximus.

If you are administrator in MyProximus, you can also activate or deactivate the voicemail of your users.

Via the app (Recommended)
  1. Open the MyProximus app. You don't have the app yet? Download the MyProximus app.
  2. Tap Products.
  3. Tap on your mobile number.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Tap Other. If you have a Pay&Go card, continue to the next step.
  6. Move the slider next to Voicemail to the right to activate or to the left to deactivate your voicemail.

Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.

Via the website

The steps are different if you have a bill or payment statement with a bank transfer form, or a Pay&Go card.

  1. Log in on MyProximus to view your products.

    View your products
  2. Click on your mobile number.
  3. Scroll down. In the box Settings, click Other.
  4. Click on the On/Off slider next to Voicemail.
  5. After you have read them, check the terms and conditions and click Accept.

Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.

Do you have a bill or payment statement with a red bank transfer form?

  1. Log in on MyProximus to activate or deactivate your voicemail.

    (De-)activate your voicemail
  2. Scroll down untill you see Services without monthly Fee and click this option.
  3. Check the desired option on the right side: Voicemail to activate or No voicemail to deactivate.
  4. Scroll down and click on Configure.

Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.

Do you have a Pay&Go card?
  1. Log in on MyProximus to activate or deactivate your voicemail.

    (De-)activate your voicemail
  2. Scroll down untill you see Services without monthly Fee and click this option.
  3. Check the desired option on the right side: Voicemail to activate or No voicemail to deactivate.
  4. Scroll down and click on Configure.

Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.
