Activate and deactivate voicemail

Activate or deactivate your voicemail online or through our customer service, depending on your subscription. To call your voicemail, dial 1969.

Do you have a Pay&Go card?
  1. Log in on MyProximus with your username and password to activate or deactivate your voicemail.

    (De-)activate your voicemail
  2. Scroll down untill you see Services without monthly Fee and click this option.
  3. Check the desired option on the right side: Voicemail  to activate or No voicemail to deactivate.
  4. Scroll down and click on Configure.
  5. Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.
Do you have only mobile numbers (and no other subscription) on your invoice?
  1. Log in on MyProximus with your username and password to activate or deactivate your voicemail.

  2. Scroll down untill you see Services without monthly Fee and click this option.
  3. Check the desired option on the right side: Voicemail  to activate or No voicemail to deactivate.
  4. Scroll down and click on Configure.
  5. Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.
Do you have an Internet, TV or fixed line subscription on your invoice?

Unfortunately you can not activate or deactive your voicemail yourself. Contact our customer service to activate or deactivate your voicemail for free.

Divert your calls to voicemail if your line is busy or you miss a call.
