Consult your usage

Consult your usage with MyProximus. This way you know how much and when you have used data, and how much, when and with whom you have communicated by text and by phone.

How you go about this depends on the period you want to consult.

Ongoing month: usage not yet billed

Keep track of your usage of the current month. This way you make sure you don't exceed your bundle. Use MyProximus for this.

  • via the app (how much data, minutes, ... you’ve used)
  • via the website (how much data, minutes, ... you’ve used + when and with whom you have communicated by phone, text, etc.)
  • via Google Assistant: with a device (speaker, smartphone, ...) that uses Google Assistant, you can use voice control to find out how much you have used.

Via the MyProximus app

Via the app you can see how much you have surfed, called and texted. If you don't have it yet, download the MyProximus app.
By default, you will see the usage of the SIM card in your mobile phone or tablet. If you want to view all your products (and bills), you must log in as the administrator of your customer number. But you can also add another account to view the usage of a family member or colleague, for example.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the app and tap Products.
  2. Scroll to the product for which you want to see more. Tap it and tap See more usage. Depending on the product, you will see your call minutes, texts, fixed and mobile Internet usage, or TV purchases for the ongoing month. You will see how many days remain in that month: (number) days remaining.
  3. You will see how much of your bundle you have used during the ongoing month. If you have a subscription for unlimited calling or texting, the number of call minutes and texts won't be logged.
  4. If you exceed your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be shown in red. You will see the amount that will be billed extra. Want to know more about this amount (when, to whom)? Consult your usage via the MyProximus website.
  5. You see no usage or incomplete usage? Consult the following tips.

High usage? Please note that you will only have the exact amount when your bill or payment statement is drawn up and we calculate any applicable discounts and promotions.

A few tips on your usage:


Via the MyProximus website

Via the website, you can see how much you have called, texted and surfed, but also when and to whom.
If you want to view all your products (and bills), you have to log in as the administrator of your account. Otherwise, you will only see the usage of your mobile phone or tablet.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to MyProximus to view the details of your usage.

  2. You will arrive on the My Usage page. Depending on the product, you will see your call minutes, texts, fixed Internet, mobile Internet or TV purchases for the current month.
  3. At the product whose usage you want to view, click on More details about your usage. You will see the date your usage started and the date it will end: from (date) until (date).You will see how much of your bundle you have used during the current month. If you have exceeded your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be shown in red. If you have a subscription for unlimited calling or texting, the number of call minutes and texts won't be counted.
    For fixed Internet, you can compare your usage with previous months.
  4. Want to know when and to whom you made calls or texted? And when you used data? Proceed as follows for each product:

    • For your mobile phone, at Calls, Data, Texts, Mobile payments, click on More details about your usage. By using the interactive arrows you can view the usage details of your call, text and data traffic of the current month and, if applicable, the details relating to special numbers and mobile purchases (SMS parking, televoting, etc.).
    • For your fixed Internet, at Connection details, click on More details about your usage. You will see how much data you used at a given moment.
    • For your landline, at Calls, click on More details about your usage. By using the interactive arrows you can view the usage details of your call traffic of the current month.
    • For your TV, if, say, you have rented a movie, click on More details about your usage. By using the interactive arrows you can view when you rented a movie during the current month.

High usage? Please note that you will only have the exact amount when your bill or payment statement is drawn up and we calculate any applicable discounts and promotions. Here are a few tips:

Previous months: already billed usage

You can view usage for which you have already received a bill or payment statement. For each product or number, you can view, up to 12 months back in time,  how much and when you called, texted and surfed, and to whom and how much that cost. Use MyProximus for this:

  • via the app (how much, when, to whom, cost)
  • via the website (how much, when, to whom, type, cost, export and print)

Via the app you can view, per month, how much and when you surfed, called and texted, and to whom and how much that cost
If need be, download the MyProximus-app.
You must be registered on MyProximus for this. If you want to view all your products (and bills), you must log in as the administrator of your customer number. But you can also add another account to view the usage of a family member or colleague, for example.

 

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the app and tap on Bills .
  2. Tap on Already paid and scroll to the month for which you want to see more details. Tap on the three dots in the right-hand corner.
  3. Want to know how much of your bundle you have used up? Tap on Download PDF. Your digital bill or payment statement indicates how much you have used up.
  4. Want to know when and whom you called and texted during that month and how much that cost? Tap the three dots, and then tap on Check usage details.
  5. Tap on See details.
  6. You will see the usage details for your call, text, TV and data traffic for that month. You can filter these data by outgoing number and date. You can also check which call or service outside your bundle was chargeable (≠ €0). Don't see the usage details for all the mobile phones? Text "SHOW" to 8787, one-off, from each mobile phone for which you want to see call details. The usage details will appear after 24 hours.

High usage? Find out why your bill is higher than expected. Here are a few tips:


Via the MyProximus website

  4. Want to know when and whom you called and texted during that month and how much that cost? Click on Details for the month you want to check.
  5. You will see the usage details for your call, text, TV and data traffic for that month. You can filter these data by number, date, type, amount, etc. and export them to Excel or print them
    Don't see the usage details for all the mobile phones? Text "SHOW" to 8787, one-off, from each mobile phone for which you want to see call details. The usage details will appear after 24 hours.
