Keep track of your usage of the ongoing month, so you don't go over your bundle. For this, use MyProximus via the app or website:
Via the MyProximus app
Via the app you can see how much you have surfed, called and texted.
By default, you will see the usage of the SIM card in your mobile phone or tablet. If you want to view all your products (and bills), you must log in as the administrator of your customer number. But you can also add another account to view the usage of a family member or colleague, for example.
If necessary, first download the MyProximus app. Then proceed as follows:
- Open the app and tap Usage.
- Scroll to the product for which you want to see more. Tap it: depending on the product, you will see your call minutes, texts, fixed and mobile Internet usage, or TV purchases for the ongoing month. You will see how many days remain in that month: (number) remaining days.
- In purple, you will see how much of your bundle you have used during the ongoing month. If you have a subscription for unlimited calling or texting, the call minutes and texts won't be logged.
- If you exceed your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be shown in red. You will see the amount that will be billed extra. Want to know more about this amount? Consult your usage via the MyProximus website.
- You see no usage or incomplete usage? Consult the following tips. You can also add another account to view its usage.
High usage? Please note that you will only have the exact amount when your bill or payment statement is drawn up and we calculate any applicable discounts and promotions.
A few tips on your usage:
- Want a text alert when you reach a specific usage limit? We send you free text alerts about your usage.
- Exceeded your mobile data allowance? You can buy extra data every month or one time only.
Want to stop exceeding the monthly call or data limit for your mobile? Change your subscription to Full Control. - Need more data or another rate plan for your mobile phone? Change your subscription.
- You can stop pay-for texts and block pay-for numbers.
Via the MyProximus website
Via the website, you can see how much you have called, texted and surfed, but also when and to whom.
If you want to view all your products (and bills), you have to log in as the administrator of your account. Otherwise, you will only see the usage of your mobile phone or tablet.
Proceed as follows:
- Log in to MyProximus to view the details of your usage.
Consult your usage
- You will arrive on the My Usage page. Select, if necessary, the product for which you want to see the usage.
- Depending on the product, you will see your call minutes, texts, fixed Internet, mobile Internet or TV purchases for the ongoing month. You will see the date your usage started and the date it will end: from (date) until (date).
- In purple, you will see how much of your bundle you have used. If you have exceeded your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be shown in red. If you have a subscription for unlimited calls or texts, this information may not be tracked.
- Want to know, for your mobile(s) or your landline, when and whom you called or texted? When you used data?
Click More details about your usage and, for the product you want to see, click again on More details about your usage:
- Calls shows you, by using the interactive arrows , the usage details of your call, text, and data traffic for that month.
- Messaging shows you, by using the interactive arrows , the usage details of your call, text, and data traffic for that month. You see National and EU (text messages sent in Belgium to a Belgian number and sent in an EU country to another EU country - not shown if you have unlimited messages); International (sent from Belgium to a foreign number) and Roaming ( sent from outside the EU to a Belgian or foreign number).
- Data shows you the amount of data you have already used this month. For your fixed Internet, you can compare this with previous months.
- Under Services delivered by third parties, you will see, using the interactive arrows , the details of premium numbers and mobile purchases (SMS parking, tele-voting, etc.). These are only visible if you have used them.
