Unblock a domain name
Every year, you receive a Whois Data Reminder Mail. If it bounces back, we will block your domain for security reasons.
How do you unblock it? Empty your mailbox. Or provide an available e-mail address:
- Log in to MyProximus to manage your domain.
Manage your domain Opens a new window - Check your e-mail address and other details. Modify if necessary. NB: do not register an e-mail address that is linked to the blocked domain.
- Click Modify. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your changes.
Your domain will be available again within 24 hours. If this is not the case, send an e-mail to dnsmaster@proximus.com.
