Problems with the sound of your SwipeBox
Do you have problems with the sound when you want to watch Proximus TV or play content (music, videos, etc.) via your SwipeBox? Check the volume and the cables if necessary.
- Set the volume of your television to its normal level using the remote control of your TV.
- Then adjust the volume of the SwipeBox using the remote control of the SwipeBox or via in the SwipeBox app.
- If you use a Dolby sound system with Proximus TV, you can connect it to your decoder using a separate optical or electrical audio cable, instead of an HDMI cable.
If you still have problems, unplug the power cable on the back of the SwipeBox and plug it in again.
