Details of your sent text messages (time, destination, etc.)

Do you want to know when exactly you sent a specific text message? Or are you looking for an overview of all the text messages you have sent? Follow, depending on your situation, the correct procedure:

Do you only have mobile numbers?

On your online bill, view the date, time, destination, rate plan and price of all the text messages you have sent.

  1. Log in to MyProximus to view the details of your bill.
    View your bill
  2. Click on the mobile number you want to view.
  3. You will see your latest bills in the table. Click on the reference you want to view.
  4. Click the mobile number for which you want to view the text messages.
  5. View your SMS usage (sending date and time, destination, rate plan and price) per category:
    • Texts in Belgium and in the EU: sent in Belgium to a Belgian number and sent in an EU country to another EU country.
    • International texts: sent from Belgium to a foreign number.
    • Roaming texts: sent from outside the EU to a Belgian or foreign number.
    • Proximus information services - SMS: free text messages containing practical information, e.g. about our rates abroad.
    • External information services - SMS: text messages from external service providers, e.g. SMS tickets, ringtones, etc.

You can use the filter to view only, say, the text messages that were sent to a specific number, in a specific period, etc.

Do you have a mobile, but alos Internet, TV or a fixed line?

On your online bill or payment statement, view the date, time, destination and price of all the text messages you have sent.

  1. Log in to MyProximus to view the details of your bill or payment statement.
    View your bill
  2. Select, if necessary, the bill for your Pack, Internet, TV or fixed line.
  3. Click on the reference of the bill or payment statement that you want to view.
  4. Under Usage, click on the mobile number you want to view.
  5. Using the interactive plus signs, open the details of your text traffic:
    • National and EU: sent in Belgium to a Belgian number and sent in an EU country to another EU country.
    • International: sent from Belgium to a foreign number.
    • Roaming: sent from outside the EU to a Belgian or foreign number.

Are you a Pay&Go user?

View online the date, time, destination and price of the text messages you have sent in the past month.

  1. Log in to MyProximus to view the details of your credit.
    View your credit
  2. View the table with your call and top-up history.
  3. In the Select transaction drop-down menu, choose the text messages you want to view:
    • National: to a Belgian number)
    • In the EU: in an EU country to another EU number)
    • International: sent from Belgium to a foreign country
    • Roaming (sent from outside the EU)
  4. Click on Apply and you will see the text messages of the past 31 days.
