How to manage your personal data at Proximus?

Protecting your privacy is essential for Proximus.

Proximus collects certain personal data in accordance with privacy legislation (GDPR, e-privacy, etc.):

  • your contact details: e-mail, postal address, telephone number, etc.
  • data concerning your use of TV, telephone or Internet.

You can change your privacy settings:

  • Use of your data for commercial purposes, for personalized recommendations on TV programs and personalized advertising:
    You can change your privacy settings via the MyProximus application or via the MyProximus website. You must be administrator of your MyProximus account.
    1. Open the MyProximus app. You don't have the app yet? Download the MyProximus app.
    2. Tap in the left corner on your photo or your initials.
      You see the logo instead? Log in.
    3. Tap your photo or your initials again and tap Edit Profile .
    4. Scroll down to Personal Information, swipe left and select the tab  Alerts and Privacy.
    5. You can adjust your privacy preferences.

    You arrive at the page Alerts and privacy. You can adjust your privacy preferences.

    It depends of your decoder:

    1. Press on your Proximus remote control.
    2. Go to > Privacy.
    3. Activate or deactivate Tailor-made Proximus offersPersonalized advertising TV, Personalized web advertising or Personalized  recommendations.

    1. Press on  on your Proximus remote control.
    2. Go to
      > Système > Sécurité et vie privée > Paramètres de vie privée.
    3. Activate or deactivate Des offres Proximus sur mesure, Publicité personnalisée TV, Publicités personnalisées sur le web or Recommandations personnalisées.

    1. Press on  on your Proximus remote control.
    2. Go to
      > Système > Sécurité et vie privée > Paramètres de vie privée.
    3. Activate or deactivate Publicité personnalisée or Recommandations.
  • Your communication channels through which we can contact you: e-mail, mail, mobile, etc.
    You can modify your communication channels. Log in MyProximus:

    You arrive at your account page in MyProximus.  You can customize how you want to receive offers and promotions..
  • Don't want to be listed in the 1207 (Dutch) or 1307 (French) telephone directory?

  • Don't want to receive any commercial calls?
    You can register on the "Don't call me" list on the website www.bel-me-niet-meer.be (NL) or www.ne-m-appelez-plus.be (FR), call 078 77 00 12, or send a letter to the Belgian Direct Marketing Association, Noordkustlaan 1, 1702 Groot-Bijgaarden.
