Forgotten your MyProximus login or password?

You have only forgotten your password?

You can also log in to MyProximus with your mobile number.

Request your MyProximus user name (login) and set a new password:

  1. Provide here the e-mail address or mobile phone number that you used to register for MyProximus.

    • Do you receive the error message "There is more than 1 MyProximus account...."?
      Then fill in your e-mail address instead of your mobile number (or your mobile number instead of your e-mail address).
      If the problem persists, please contact us.
    • Are your e-mail address and mobile number not recognized?
      Then the only solution is to register again.
  2. Type in the security code and click Next.
  3. You will immediately receive an e-mail or text message with your user name.
  4. Click the link in the e-mail or type in the login and security code contained in the text message.
  5. Next, choose your password (must contain at least 8 characters, including at least 4 letters and 1 numeral) and confirm.
  6. You will be automatically logged in to MyProximus with your user name and new password.
