There are 2 ways to reset your modem: the hard reset (via the reset button) and the soft reset (via the configuration menu). The result is the same in both cases.

- Surf to your modem's configuration menu at http://192.168.1.1 with a recent Internet browser.
- Type the serial number of your modem. You will find it on a sticker on the back of the modem, next to the word S/N. Click then the OK button.
- In the left column, click Advanced Settings then Maintenance.
- Click the button Restore to factory default configuration.
- A warning is displayed. Click the OK button to confirm that you want to reset the modem.
- Wait for a minute. As soon as the modem has been reset, you will arrive on the page Quickstart. Your modem is now reset.
- You can use your Internet connection as soon as the LED
is lit. Connect to the Wi-Fi network (if the LED
is lit) or connect your computer to the modem.
