What do you want to do?

You can use it until 7 April 2022. On this date, the service and billing  will be stopped automatically.If you wish to cancel the service earlier, you must request the cancellation of the subscription. Contact us.

What to do with your Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro)? You can take the device to the nearest container park. If you are cancelling other devices at the same time (a decoder or b-box for example), bring everything to the Proximus Shop of your choice. This is explained in the letter you receive.
