Log in to the Bizz Online portal

On the Bizz Online portal, you can track your order, manage your website, and consult your statistics. To show your website to visitors, you have to publish it via the portal.

Sign in quickly and easily, without a username or password:

  1. Surf to bizzonline.proximus.be.
  2. Enter the mobile number you provided when you ordered, and press Verify. Want to change your mobile number or other information (opening hours, products, etc.)? Contact us via telephone, e-mail or chat in the Bizz Online portal.
  3. In the 6-digit code field, enter the verification code you received by text message.

On your first visit, please accept the Google My Business and 1x07 conditions. This will allow us to promote your company via several channels: Google, the most popular search engine in Belgium, and 1x07, a local provider.

Transferring your domain name to Proximus? Your current website and mail server will continue to work until your domain name is transferred. To transfer your domain name, contact us in the Bizz Online portal. Once you publish your new website, you will no longer have access to the old one.

Keeping your domain name at another provider? Once your website has been published, contact your domain name holder to change the name servers. Bizz Online includes a free domain name (.be, .com, .net or .org), so we advise you to transfer it to us.

Change your Bizz Online subscription

Bizz Online has a fixed contract duration of 24 months.

Choose another Bizz Online subscription

During the transfer of your subscription, your website will remain available. Your new website will only be visible once you publish it in the Bizz Online portal.

You switch to Bizz Online:

You switch from a Bizz Online S or M subscription to a Bizz Online M or L subscription.

You pay a fixed amount for the transfer of your subscription (excluding VAT):

  • Bizz Online S to M: € 300
  • Bizz Online S to L: € 500
  • Bizz Online M to L: € 150

If you change your subscription within 24 months, no cancellation fee will be due. You sign a new contract for 24 months.

You switch from a Bizz Online L or M subscription to a Bizz Online M or S subscription.

You pay €50 (excluding VAT) for the transfer of your subscription.

If you change your subscription within 24 months, no cancellation fee will be due. You sign a new contract for 24 months.

Cancel Bizz Online

If you cancel your subscription, fees may be due, depending on the contract duration.

The remaining month(s) until your contract would normally end will be charged as a cancellation fee.

E.g.: you cancel your Bizz Online S subscription after 18 months. The contract duration is 24 months, so if you cancel after 18 months you will have to pay cancellation fees for the remaining 6 months.

You pay €15 cancellation fees per month, so after 6 months, the total cancellation fee will be €90.

You cancel before your website is activated? If you receive a notification that we are working on your website ("Website under construction" status in the Bizz Online portal), then you will have to pay the activation fee.

No cancellation fees will be due.

You can reactivate your Bizz Online subscription within 30 days without having to renew your contract. An administrative fee of €50 (excluding VAT) will be due.
