You can no longer send any e-mail, but you can receive them

If you can receive e-mails with your mail application (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.), but you can't send them, you need to change the settings of your outgoing mail server (SMTP).

Enter the following data to: set up your mail application:

  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP) address: relay.proximus.be
  • Security: STARTTLS
  • Port: 587
  • Authentication: Yes

As soon as these settings have been changed, you will be able to send e-mails again.
