Password for Cloud Exchange
In order to continue receiving e-mails sent to your domain name, transfer Cloud Exchange to Proximus Mail.
Change the password of the administrator account
Change the password of a user account
Has a user forgotten his or her password? You can set a new password for this user only if you are the administrator.
- Log in to Cloud Exchange with your administrator login and password.
- Click List Users.
- Click the name of the user.
- Click reset password.
- Type in the new password twice and click Save.
Please note, you cannot set a password that has already been used recently.
- The message "Password has been reset successfully" will appear on the screen.
- Click OK.
The new password is active immediately. Don't forget to communicate this password to the user.
