Password for Cloud Exchange

Cloud Exchanged will be discontinued on 31/12/2020

In order to continue receiving e-mails sent to your domain name, transfer Cloud Exchange to Proximus Mail.

Change the password of the administrator account

Have you forgotten the password of your original administrator account, meaning that you can no longer log in to Cloud Exchange? In that case, contact our Customer Service.

Change the password of a user account

Has a user forgotten his or her password? You can set a new password for this user only if you are the administrator.

  1. Log in to Cloud Exchange with your administrator login and password.

  2. Click List Users. List users
  3. Click the name of the user.
    Click the name of the user.
  4. Click reset password.
    Click reset password.
  5. Type in the new password twice and click Save.
    Please note, you cannot set a password that has already been used recently.
    Enter the password twice and click save.
  6. The message "Password has been reset successfully" will appear on the screen.
  7. Click OK.

The new password is active immediately. Don't forget to communicate this password to the user.
